How the home inspection works...

I usually begin the inspection about 1 hour before you, the buyer, arrive to document the property. At this point, we will review the pictures taken during the inspection on a computer and walk you through room by room and answer any questions you may have.
From experience, this is by far the best way to give you the home inspection report along with being able to provide full attention to all of your questions about the property. Computer Generated Inspection Report

The inspection report indicates the condition of the property using an easy to read format and color photographs processed with state of the art technology. Electronic copies will be given to agents and interested parties. Photos along with, Total Evaluation Reporting, provide an extensive evaluation of the total property condition. The inspectors documentation is processed into a computer throughout the inspection and is uploaded to the server with photographs within 24 hours of the conclusion of the inspection.
